Vayu Earth Wins Two 365 Awards in 2026

Celebrating Handmade Home Decor and Customer Service

There are moments in business that make you stop, look back at the journey and appreciate just how far you have come. For Vayu Earth, 2026 has brought one of those special moments.

We are incredibly proud to announce that Vayu Earth has won two 365 Awards in 2026: Best Handmade Home Decor Award 2026 and Customer Service Excellence Award 2026.

These two awards mean a great deal to us because they recognise two areas that sit at the heart of everything we do: our love of handmade home decor and our commitment to creating a positive experience for our customers.

But this isn't simply a story about awards. It is a story about artisans, traditional craftsmanship, responsible choices, sustainability, customers and a belief that beautiful products can have a meaningful story behind them.

Best Handmade Home Decor Award 2026

Receiving the Best Handmade Home Decor Award 2026 is particularly meaningful because handmade craftsmanship is at the heart of Vayu Earth.

Vayu Earth is a UK-based brand and a collective of people united by a mission to promote handmade products while creating a platform for talented artisans around the world to share their craftsmanship and stories. We personally engage with artisans through travel, building relationships and working closely with them.

For us, handmade home decor isn't simply about creating something that looks beautiful in a room.

It is about the hands behind the product.

It is about traditional techniques passed down through generations. It is about natural materials, cultural heritage and the individuality that comes with something made by skilled craftspeople rather than mass-produced on an endless production line.

Our collection includes carefully selected sustainable home decor, handmade home accessories, ethical gifts, textiles, serveware and decorative pieces that can bring character and warmth into everyday spaces.

And perhaps most importantly, every piece has a story.

Why Handmade Home Decor Matters

In a world where trends can change almost overnight, we believe there is something special about choosing pieces that have longevity and meaning.

Our approach isn't centred on fleeting fashion trends or seasonal limitations. Instead, we focus on craftsmanship, quality and pieces that can become part of a home for years to come. Some of our products can also be reordered, helping us maintain relationships with the artisans who make them.

Choosing ethical handmade home decor in the UK can be a simple way to make more thoughtful purchasing decisions.

A handwoven textile, beautifully crafted serving piece or natural-material home accessory can become more than an item in your home. It can be a connection between the person who made it and the person who chose it.

That connection is something we want to preserve.

Customer Service Excellence Award 2026

Alongside Best Handmade Home Decor Award 2026, we are equally delighted to receive the Customer Service Excellence Award 2026.

For a growing business, customer service is about much more than answering questions or processing orders.

It is about listening.

It is about being available when customers need us, taking pride in what we send out and ensuring that the experience of buying from Vayu Earth feels personal.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us, placed an order, recommended us to a friend, left a review or simply taken the time to tell us what they think.

Our customers are an important part of the Vayu Earth story.

In fact, feedback shared on our website highlights customers' appreciation for the quality of our handmade products, customer service and delivery experience.

Winning these two awards together therefore feels especially appropriate: one recognises what we create, while the other recognises how we serve the people who choose it.

More Than Beautiful Products: Our Ethics

At Vayu Earth, our values are an important part of how we operate.

Our ethical approach includes a commitment to socially responsible business, human rights, environmental protection and creating a positive impact within the communities in which we operate.

We believe that ethical home decor should consider the people involved in making a product as well as the materials and processes behind it.

Our approach includes supporting fair practices, using sustainable and recycled materials where appropriate, and considering how packaging can reduce waste.

We also use eco-friendly packaging materials and recyclable paper tape rather than plastic tape for deliveries from the UK.

These may seem like small decisions, but we believe meaningful change is often made through many individual choices.

Our Sustainability Promise

Sustainability is not a marketing trend for us. It is part of the reason Vayu Earth exists.

Our sustainability promise focuses on building exceptional products, minimising harm and using our business to help inspire positive environmental and social change.

We work towards responsible sourcing and seek to develop long-term relationships with suppliers who share our ethical values. Our supply-chain approach references the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code and International Labour Organisation conventions.

We also have commitments relating to fair working conditions, child labour and discrimination.

This is why terms such as sustainable home decor, eco-friendly home accessories and ethical homeware have genuine meaning for us. They represent an ongoing commitment rather than simply a product description.

Supporting Artisans and Communities

Behind every handmade product is a person.

That is why supporting artisans is central to our purpose.

Our charity and community work has developed alongside our relationships with artisan families. Vayu Earth supports initiatives focused on essential needs such as food, water, shelter and access to education, while also supporting artisan families through employment and opportunities to sustain traditional crafts.

We are particularly passionate about the role of women artisans.

Supporting women through meaningful economic opportunities can contribute to stronger families, communities and livelihoods. Our charity work highlights women's empowerment, fair trade and the importance of preserving cultural heritage.

This is one of the reasons we believe that purchasing handmade products from artisans can be about more than buying something beautiful for your home. When approached responsibly, it can help create demand for traditional skills and support the people whose expertise keeps those skills alive.

From Artisan Craftsmanship to Your Home

The journey of a Vayu Earth product doesn't end when it leaves the artisan.

It continues when it arrives at your home.

Perhaps it becomes the centrepiece of your dining table. Perhaps a handmade textile adds warmth to your favourite chair. Perhaps a carefully crafted accessory becomes something you reach for every day.

That is what makes home decor so personal.

We want our products to help you create spaces that feel warm, individual and connected to the world beyond your four walls.

Beautiful home decor can have a beautiful story behind it.

Two Awards, One Shared Purpose

Winning the Best Handmade Home Decor Award 2026 followed by the Customer Service Excellence Award 2026 is a wonderful milestone for Vayu Earth.

But we see these awards as recognition of something much bigger than our team.

They belong to the artisans whose skills inspire our collections.

They belong to the communities working to preserve traditional crafts.

They belong to our customers who choose handmade and ethical products.

And they belong to everyone who believes that business can create positive change while still producing beautiful things.

We are proud of where Vayu Earth is today, but we are even more excited about where the journey can take us next.
